RevReq ("we," "us," or "our") operates the revreq.com website and the RevReq platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information.

1. Information We Collect

Consumer information processed on behalf of our business clients:

  • Name, phone number, and email address (received from ServiceTitan via automated webhooks when a job is completed)
  • Job details such as job number, technician name, and business unit
  • Whether a review link was clicked
  • Inbound text message replies

Business client information:

  • Company name and contact information
  • Account credentials (username, email, encrypted passwords)
  • ServiceTitan API credentials (stored encrypted)

Prospective customer information:

  • Name, company, email, phone, and message submitted through our contact form

2. How We Use Information

  • Consumer data: To send review request messages (SMS and/or email) on behalf of our business clients, track engagement, and honor opt-out requests.
  • Business client data: To provide and maintain the platform, authenticate users, and communicate about the service.
  • Contact form data: To respond to inquiries from prospective customers.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with the following categories of service providers, solely to operate the platform:

  • Twilio — SMS/MMS message delivery
  • Postmark — Email delivery
  • Amazon Web Services (S3) — Media file storage
  • Heroku (Salesforce) — Application hosting and database
  • ServiceTitan — Customer and job data retrieval (API)

4. Data Retention

Consumer data is retained for the duration of the business client's account. Review invite records are kept for reporting purposes. Cooldown records are automatically deleted after the configured cooldown period. Exclusion list entries are retained indefinitely to honor opt-out requests.

5. Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer who received a message through RevReq, you have the right to:

  • Opt out of text messages by replying STOP to any message
  • Opt out of emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email
  • Request deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below
  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect personal information, including encrypted storage of sensitive credentials, HTTPS for all data transmission, and access controls on our hosting infrastructure.

7. Cookies

Our platform uses session cookies required for authentication and site functionality. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

8. Children's Privacy

RevReq is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
