Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RevReq platform operated by RevReq ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using RevReq, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

RevReq is a platform that automates the sending of review request messages (SMS and email) to consumers on behalf of service contractor businesses ("Clients"). Messages are triggered by job completion data received from ServiceTitan.

2. Account Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under their account
  • Ensuring that their use of RevReq complies with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act
  • Having appropriate consent from consumers to receive messages sent through the platform

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use RevReq to:

  • Send messages to individuals who have not received services from you
  • Send messages that are deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal
  • Circumvent opt-out or exclusion mechanisms
  • Upload contact lists purchased from third parties
  • Send messages for purposes other than review requests and related follow-ups
  • Harass, threaten, or spam consumers

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Consumer Consent and Compliance

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring they have proper consent to contact consumers via SMS and email. RevReq sends messages on behalf of Clients based on job completion data provided by ServiceTitan. By using RevReq, Clients represent that consumers whose data is processed through the platform have a legitimate business relationship with the Client and have not opted out of such communications.

5. Messaging

Messages sent through RevReq include review request texts and emails. Message frequency depends on the Client's service volume. Consumers may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text message or clicking the unsubscribe link in an email. Standard message and data rates may apply.

6. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RevReq from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the Client's use of the platform, including but not limited to claims related to messages sent to consumers without proper consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

RevReq is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevReq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the Client in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Data Processing

RevReq processes consumer personal data on behalf of Clients. We act as a service provider/processor and will not use consumer data for any purpose other than providing the RevReq service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service at any time. Upon termination, we will cease sending messages on the Client's behalf. Consumer data may be retained as necessary to honor opt-out requests and for legal compliance.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
